WHAT WE NEED FROM AN IN-HOME SALES ASSOCIATE

In this salesperson role, you actively listen to the needs of our customers and work with them to determine the best possible solutions for their comfort needs. Establishing a good rapport with customers, you create sales proposals, negotiate, and close deals. When you make a sale, you communicate the details to our technician team. As an expert in your market area, you become aware of customer needs before they do. Always working to achieve set sales goals, you continuously meet and exceed quota. • Great at building trust and building rapport with customers

• Comfortable following the EAR (Emphasize, Ask, Respond) approach to customer stated objections

• In-home sales experience
