Job Description:
This position has overall customer service, scheduling and time management responsibilities for departmental operations and performance, including: Scheduling maintenances and service calls for HVAC and Plumbing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide introductory information to new customers
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with product and service
- Letting customer or clients know about additional products or services
- Follow up calls on options techs provide to customers
- Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s question
- Quickly Handle and communicate Escalating queries and concerns
- Work with other CSR Team members
- Sign up and renew customers maintenance memberships
