Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts. Occasional weekends as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Carry out regular maintenance of hot tubs and water treatment systems at residential and commercial sites.
- Deliver and set up hot tubs to customers, whether by truck, crane, forklift, boat or plane!
- Complete hot tub water change-outs independently.
- Communicate well with customers to ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites.
Requirements:
- Able to pass a background and motor vehicle record check.
- Great Customer Service and People Skills
- Basic Technical and Mechanical Skills
- Diagnostics and repair of equipment
- Effective communication skills and desire for customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean and Detail-Oriented
