arCuretecture is an architectural firm committed to providing unparalleled, relationship driven, design services for the built environment. Our team works on a diverse set of projects ranging from office to commercial and industrial with a specialty in senior living.
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to help realize our mission and strategic plan focused on growth and service expansion and diversification.
The individual selected for this position will help to establish, implement, and maintain the marketing program with expectations of firm growth at a manageable but aggressive pace. The successful candidate will report directly to the firm Principal and will employ creative and strategic thinking to enhance our brand, our intellectual property and innovative approach to project and concept delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Establishment and maintenance of productive relationships with qualified/potential clients and key influencers that value the services we offer to drive increased project/revenue volume.
- Development of marketing goals and objectives as part of an annual marketing strategy.
- Oversees digital strategies for social media platforms and website content planning and strategy.
- Represent arCuretecture as a leadership team member at specific events.
- Responsible for directing and executing public and media relations tactics, including development and distribution of press releases; coordinating on-site media interviews and leadership speaking opportunities/appearances.
- Provide firm education to enhance customer loyalty and exceed client satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of project proposals, marketing presentations and supporting marketing materials to address prospective needs.
- Maintain an awareness of competition activity within our target markets.
- Evaluation of our market sectors and plan preparation to enhance our geographic footprint
- Identification of strategic expansion to new market sectors
- Maintenance of client and prospect data and communications in a selected CRM
- Maintain historical project data and statistics
- Ongoing contact of current and past clients to learn how we can improve and to obtain client testimonials
- Promote arCuretecture’s staff personally and professionally

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in marketing strategy, planning, implementation, and execution as acquired through a minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, a service industry or related field.
