Rail Car Cleaner - $20.50/hour AND $10,000 First Year Sign-On Bonus

Your role:

As a Car Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the sanitation and cleanliness of rail cars and other areas as assigned in the Master Sanitation Plan while also assisting the Bulk Loader in positioning rail cars for either loading, cleaning and release. People who successfully adapt to the work environment, job duties and safety culture of Ardent Mills will be considered for promotion into other roles as they become available in the grain elevatorormillfloor. Your responsibilities:

• Clean rail cars, abiding by all GMP's and safety rules.

• Account for all cleaning equipment before loading product.

• Sanitation duties.

• Assist Elevator Operators in positioning rail cars for either loading, cleaning or release.

• Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

• Operate Mobile Equipment.

Essential skills and experience:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Proficient in computer tools including email and spreadsheets.

• Proficient in English both written and verbally.

Good to have:

• At least one year of manufacturing experience.

• At least one year operating mobile equipment includingforklift, bobcat, or Track Mobile.

Physical requirements and working conditions (with or without reasonable accommodation):

• Able tolift upto 50 pounds.

• Able to work in a dusty environment and wear respiratory protection.

• Able to work in hot and cold conditions.

Other considerations:

• Must be willing to accept accountability and work well in a team.

• Must be willing and able to work 1st (0700 - 1500),weekends, Holidays,andextendedshifts when needed.

• Must be willing to get cross-trained in at least one other position for development within the facility and to provide any relief duties as needed.

Team members must be clean shaven in order to perform tasks where respiratory protection is required and the use of a respirator (including N-95 dust mask) requires a proper seal for adequate protection.
