Looking for a Branch Manager for one of the fastest growing pest control companies in the nation. We are accredited by the INC 5000 for 3 years running. We are a high energy, fast paced company that looks for candidates that exhibit honesty, energy and dedication to supporting company goals
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Pest Control
- 1 years of management experience
- Experience in the service industry or sales and be willing to learn more about the pest control industry.
Expectations:
- Strong, independent work ethic
- Encourage and orchestrate a healthy sales environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Properly train representatives
- Schedule and coordinate technicians work hours.
- Report key statistics

Entails:
- Focus on customer relations and help the branch achieve better retention, directly affected by the service team meeting customer expectations and excelling at the production program. Specifically focused on the key three areas of: Collections, Reviews, and Cross-selling
- Train technicians to be engaged in customer satisfaction, sell more, and to be passionate about this company.
- Run weekly training meetings.
- Provide oversight to service department performance, individuals, and vehicle/equipment maintenance and inspections.
- Upon necessity, handle escalated issues with customers.
- Provide constant training and “ride-a long’s” with everyone under your leadership to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Involvement and investment in the hiring and firing process. Onboarding of new employees, departure process of exiting employees.
- Ensure the integrity of product distribution and oversight. Accountability of employees for being prepared and for equipment.
- Provide direction to achieve team and branch goals. Play a vital role in adapting company to change and future needs.
- Run competitions and incentives often and repetitively to help motivate technicians and build a culture of drive and success.
- Do all within your power to be first and foremost a Customer Service agent. Take care of the customer.
