Description:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our office team with an interest in learning and growing with our company. The candidate should be happy working with customers and stakeholders on the phone to provide information and assistance with their questions or requests. The candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills along with at least basic computer skills.This position offers opportunities for growth for the right candidate.
Job Type:
Full time: 8hrs, from 8AM to 4:30PM.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Greet visitors
- General document filing and scanning
- Use computers for entering and retrieving information from our accounting/ERP system, Microsoft Office Products, and Windows File Explorer
- Make outbound calls to assist various internal departments
- Other general office duties as required
Experience/Skills:
- No prior experience necessary with proper computer and organizational skills
- One year of office work preferred
- How to use a Windows computer as well as Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/OneNote) with an aptitude for learning new software solutions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
