As a full-time Patient Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in our office in Cedar Rapids, being the first point of contact for patients seeking our life-changing services. Your warm demeanor and exceptional customer service skills will be instrumental in providing a welcoming environment to those in need. Applicants must be available to work Monday through Thursday 8am to 6pm and Friday's 8am to 12pm.

Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma/GED and showcase strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Effective communication and previous experience with a multi-line phone system will be invaluable in this role. Candidates must also be able to successfully complete an extensive background check process.
Compensation and Benefits
As a Patient Services Representative, you will start with a competitive hourly rate of $15.70.
