Job Description About Ares Wealth Management Solutions (AWMS) Ares Wealth Management Solutions (AWMS) oversees the product development, distribution, marketing and client management activities of investment offerings for the global wealth management channel. Position Summary This position is responsible for supporting the Ares Wealth Management Solutions (AWMS) Client Services team through data management and analytics, as well as technology initiatives for AWMS sponsored products. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to ensure data integrity throughout critical processing cycles, be a point of contact to the broader Client Services team for data requests, and collaborate on ways to streamline existing processes. Essential Job Duties: Coordinate monthly performance data publication with IT Lead the validation efforts of reoccurring processes such as purchases, distributions, commissions, and redemptions, resolve data discrepancies with Ares IT and/or the Transfer Agent, and act as liaison between client service and data teams. Assist with year end tax processes, validate accuracy of data reported by Transfer Agent, help assure tax form delivery, and be resource to AWMS Client Service team on tax related questions Facilitate AUM, DDQ, and other data requests from other AWMS teams. Identify areas of the business which could be improved and streamlined through the application of technology. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree; a concentration in data analysis, finance or economics preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with data management tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Salesforce is a plus. Proven ability and strong desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment required. Ability to learn and utilize service provider technology systems and effective communication skills required to carry out data validation responsibilities. Highly organized, with a conscientious approach to work and dependability required. Role is a Non-FINRA licensed position. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. $55,000 - $75,000 The firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
