Door to Door Sales

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Door to Door Sales Person to join our team. As a Door to Door Sales Person, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services directly to potential customers at their homes. This is a commission-based position with excellent earning potential.

Expectations:

Salespeople work alone. You will not be with a team when you are working. You will have to drive to assigned areas in Puyallup/South Hill to knock on doors.

We offer $20/hr as a base, and $50 minimum bonus for every customer you signup for lawn care services with our company.

You are not paid extra money for driving to work, just like any other normal job.

Duties:
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers
- Identify and target new sales opportunities in assigned territories
- Present product or service information, pricing, and benefits to potential customers
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system

Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales or door-to-door sales role
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM's is a plus
