An integral member of the Human Resources team, the Human Resources Business Partner will have the opportunity to practice in a variety of areas. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Human Resources, this full-time, regular, exempt position will partner with team members to support staff and contribute to corporate initiatives.
This position can be based out of our Los Angeles, CA; Tucson, AZ; Longmont, CO; or Arlington, VA office.
HR Team activities include:
- Talent acquisition
- Employee experience
- Employee relations
- Learning and Development
- Compliance
- HRIS administration, reporting & recordkeeping
- Compensation, benefits and policies administration
- Corporate initiative development
- Systems implementation
What you bring to the table:
- Expertise in one or more areas of human resources
- Solid understanding of employment laws
- Proficient in HRIS systems such as Deltek Costpoint, Oracle/Taleo and Cornerstone
- Strong interpersonal/verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Creative problem solver who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Nice to haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- PHR, AIRS or equivalent Human Resources certification
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
