General Role Description
Provide analytical and administrative services for our Industrial Systems Division
Role Accountabilities:
− Provide project support to successfully execute commissioning projects, coordinating cross-functional project teams, including parent company resources and suppliers, ensuring that company objectives are met
− Forecast reserves a for projects assigned
− Forecast completion cost for projects and adjust budgets based on earned value
− Forecast all major project completion percentages for each fiscal half until project completion in accordance with ASC606 revenue recognition rules
− Analyze and summarize historical project data to be used for preparation of business mid-range plan (MRP)
− Negotiate service invoice variations with clients to obtain a purchase order increase
− Review assigned business unit reports, identify potential problem items, validate with Application Engineers, Project Managers, and Sales Managers, and make necessary corrections
− Create site memos for each project
− Facilitate project review tollgate meetings to review project tasks order status, forecast revenue dates, billing events for accuracy, and document latest status including required actions
− Create electronic project folders, update and maintain accurate project information
− Identify required delivery dates for each project task
− Issue invoices in timely manner when contractual billing requirements are met
− Review and approve transferred timesheets and expense reports for assigned projects
− Track performance against task budgets, report variances to project management, and update forecast budget
Minimum Qualifications
− Bachelor’s degree in related field
− 2 years of related work experience
− Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts
− Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills
− Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility
− Proficiency in an ERP, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
