Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in designated regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to enhance sales efforts
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and maximize sales efforts
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Monitor regional sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team towards success
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to drive sales strategies
- Experience in technology sales is a plus
- Proficiency in managing multiple accounts simultaneously
