Title : Collections Specialist II
Work Location : Malvern PA
Work Hours : 1st Shift (HYBRID)
Duration : 12 Months
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required), bachelor’s degree (a plus)Minimum of 1 year of reimbursement services, insurance/medical billing, collections and/or Accounts Receivable in medical billing experience.
- Revenue cycle management experience with insurance companies (a plus)Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mailing systems
- Strong verbal communication with internal/external partners
- Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility CMS1500 professional billing experience (a plus)
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
- The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
- Must be commutable distance to our Malvern, PA office location.
- This Hybrid position is not 100% remote, you will be expected to work 3 days in the office and 2 days working
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday

- Collection analyst: 2 years (Preferred)
- Medical billing: 2 years (Preferred)
