Arisa Health is currently seeking a Rehab Day Coordinator to join our facility in Helena. The Rehab Day Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative supervision to the assigned program, provide program and budget planning, and work with program therapists regarding clinical issues.

Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.
This position is classified as full- time, non-exempt (hourly).
Work hours : Mon - Fri, 8a-5p
What you will do as a Rehab Day Coordinator at Arisa Health :
admissions and other clinical paperwork, discuss paperwork deadlines, resolve problems, and plan client clinical treatment.
This supervision is documented weekly and is for the purpose of obtaining individualized client-specific instructions that describe the manner and methods for the delivery of paraprofessional services including, but not limited to, addressing client’s unscheduled care needs, response or lack of response to treatment and changes in condition.
Evaluate training needs of clinical staff and make relevant recommendations to QA Coordinator or other indicated personnel.
Maintains program compliance with CARF and Medicaid standards. Support compliance with standards for staff / program productivity and paperwork.
Participate in minimum competency assessment of new program staff.
