Requirements:
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in human services field; supplemented by five (5) years’ experience in management, or Bachelor’s degree in human services field; supplemented by ten (10) years’ experience in management in human services program related to working with families and clients.
Assessed competence in administering and providing services to individuals, families, and/or clients.
Management skills in addressing human resources and financial matters.
Ability to coordinate the organization’s services with other community resources.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and enforce all company policies and procedures, including client and employee rights according to agency, state, federal and accreditation standards.
Plan for and administer managerial, operational, fiscal and reporting components of the organization.
Establish and maintain community relationships, including memorandums of agreement with community resources.
Supervise all staff, including medical, clinical and administrative.
Ensure that policies for documentation in the client record are adhered to and timely.
Ensure the safety and well-being of staff and clients through the development and implementation of policies and procedures addressing health and safety accreditation standards.
Coordinate operations between departments and other facilities
Establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives
Review facility operations and financial statements to evaluate achievement of objectives
Work closely with corporate headquarters to develop policies & procedures regarding overall direction of the facility
Participate in Employee Engagement Surveys and develop action plans according to results
Operational management of clinical and non-clinical departments
Adhere to all regulatory and state agency guidelines
Follow sound clinical processes developed by corporate in conjunction with site leadership
Develop new areas of medical care to offer at the facility
Continually recruit and attract strong talent for organizational growth
Supervise development of comprehensive outpatient care and ambulatory programs
Develop positive relationships with local industry, local government, potential key health care providers, and the general public
Ensures timely submission of month-end financial and operational reviews, contributes to the development of and participation in company-wide strategic planning efforts
Achieves budgeted financial objectives
Effectively manages contract negotiations and compliance with the commercial payor community
Focus on census-building efforts and strategic planning
