We need a mechanical sales superstar to join our existing chimney construction business.
We have been designing and installing smokestacks and chimney liners for over 11 years. Think of us as the company mechanical contractors and management companies turn to for all their Chimney and Venting needs.
You will have all the resources and experience of our 11-year heritage to help you on your journey to success, including top-notch estimators.

Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing account management to maintain customer relationships
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in commercial mechanical sales
- Experience in commercial HVAC, exhaust or ventilation systems preferred
- A strong network of commercial building managers, owners, architects and engineers in the greater New York area
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong computer skills, including CRM and email systems

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
