Job Description

• Building your pipeline to general leads through making connections within the construction industry, referrals, cold calling and door knocking.

• Educating homeowners on the roof replacement process either via retail or most commonly through their insurance.

• Working directly with insurance adjusters to maximize the scope of the project.

• Signing sales contracts and processing all corresponding documentation.

• Providing excellent customer service to the homeowner from start to finish regarding their project by responding to questions or concerns.

• Working along side the Project manager and Sales manager to ensure a smooth installation every time.

• Attending company meetings and industry related events when necessary.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience- if you have worked in the Construction Industry selling windows, doors, siding or solar, this will be an easy transition for you!

• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Must have experience working with an online CRM, email and other management software.

• Ability to be a team player as well as work independently to drive sales.

• Must be able to move/ lift up to 100 lbs.

• May perform tasks requiring climbing, crawling, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, carrying, gripping and moving safely over uneven surfaces.

• Must be able to work outdoors in varying temperatures ranging from extreme heat to cold weather including rainy conditions.

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Must pass a drug test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
