We are looking for an organized retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management of our fireplace store. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals. The store manager responsibilities will include helping customers, answering calls, accepting deliveries and scheduling service. We need someone who has a basic understanding of home improvement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Additional store manager duties as needed

- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- High school or college degree preferred
