ENTRY LEVEL POSITION - CASA GRANDE, AZ
Arizona Gateway Logistics (AGL) is expanding and has created a new entry-level position for its Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) Compliance department. The nature of this position is to be clerical support for an assigned client’s FTZ program at various locations but primarily located in Casa Grande, AZ
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Tracking and scheduling assigned freight shipments
- Process Zone Admission notices ensuring all documentation is correct and complete
- Process Zone-to-Zone notices ensuring all documentation is correct and complete
- Process Daily Zone activities utilizing Zone software
- Initiate and maintain physical and systemic Admission records
- Ensure timely receipt of Proofs of Delivery and accuracy of units received
- Work with Client’s receiving and warehouse personnel as needed
- Report all discrepancies with or without resolutions to the FTZ Program Supervisor
- Prepare weekly activity report on status of Zone activity
- Other administrative duties as assigned by FTZ Program Supervisor

Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Education or work experience relevant to the position
- Six months experience in freight logistics a plus
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Successful background clearance required
