Arizona Gold Air is seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, talkative individual with a passion for marketing and the ability to travel around the Phoenix valley to make connections with power partners in the trades. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within our company and gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Local Market Outreach: Engage in local community outreach to create awareness and develop relationships with local businesses and residents to generate leads and foster a positive brand image.
- Customer Relationship Building: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, and collect feedback to improve services.
- Social Media Marketing: Plan, strategise and execute daily post for our HVAC company. This includes creating content, and recording content for the team. You would be responsible for posting on FB, TT, IG, and also developing your personal brand
- Creative Marketing Initiatives: Propose and implement creative marketing initiatives, collaborate with the team to design and distribute promotional materials, and provide insights to refine the company's positioning and offerings based on the local market.
Skills Required:
- Friendly and Talkative Personality: Must be outgoing, approachable, and comfortable engaging with diverse individuals and groups.
- Marketing Skills: Proficient in creating compelling content for various channels, including social media, flyers, and blogs.
- Event Planning: Experience in organizing and executing events.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing environments and take on diverse tasks as needed.
- Tech-Comfort: Basic tech skills for utilizing online tools, managing social media accounts, and maintaining customer relationship management systems. (Canva, Premier pro, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Iphone, Camera)
- Coachability: Willingness to learn, take direction, and implement feedback.
Qualifications:
- Ability to travel around the Phoenix valley (gas paid for).
- Proficient in marketing strategies and techniques
- Being able to collaborate with the outsourced marketing team.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in content creation and event planning.
- High level of self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit.
