Job Description:
Standard duties of this job include but are not limited to entering jobs into the computer sent in by customers, verifying data between runsheets and information entered, cropping images, and creating a “job folder”. This person will also be responsible for answering phone calls and emails from customers and expected to use appropriate resources and methods to assist in finding a solution to their problem in a timely manner.
