Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated, versatile Marketing Manager to help grow Essick Air Products and Champion Cooler. This individual will be responsible for defining short-term and long-term marketing strategies and objectives for the organization to meet market demands.

Responsibilities

Utilize information and resources provided by business partners and analysts to identify marketing opportunities.

Understand the industry and maintain an extensive knowledge of products and Collaborate with marketing team, business partners and external strategic partners to craft effective marketing strategies.

Manage members of the graphics team and social media staff to ensure all quality standards and deadlines are met.

Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and proofing solutions for a variety of projects. Projects include brochures, sales sheets, videos, advertisements, billboards, etc.

Oversee all packaging designs and redesigns to ensure our brand language is consistent from one product to the next.

Build and execute social media strategies for five brands through various accounts, such as YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.

Collaborate with other departments (i.e., customer service, sales) to manage our online reputation. This includes responding to customer reviews and answering questions.

Maintain a library of the latest marketing and advertising materials. This includes, working project files, product photography, stock photography, graphic elements, brand guidelines, etc.

Create and implement online advertising campaigns for various product promotions and sales using Google ad words.

Website design and management for up to five websites; HTML experience is a plus.

Coordinate and manage tradeshows.

Provide direction and coach direct reports.

Basic Qualifications

5-8 years in a marketing management position.

Ability to maintain a database of resources for production needs.

Must be well organized and efficient.

Ability to multi-task working on multiple projects simultaneously; responding quickly to change.

Graphic design experience.

Experience Writing Dialog And Product Descriptions.

Proficient in Adobe CC programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Photography and Lightroom.

Photography and photo editing experience.

SEO and SEM experience.

Occasional travel required.
