- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Organize and attend recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruiting initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in professional services or a related industry
- Strong understanding of various professional disciplines (e.g., accounting, finance, legal, consulting)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in professional roles
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus, but not required
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar professional networking tools
- Knowledge of the professional services industry and its unique recruitment challenges
