How You'll Make a Difference:
We are looking for a full-time VP of Clinical Services. The ideal candidate for this role demonstrates a high level of clinical expertise overseeing the operations of all clinical service departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct, supervise, mentor, and evaluate work activities of the entire Clinical Services department to achieve optimal efficiency, morale, and employee/provider/patient satisfaction.Operate in a fiscal and responsible manner to identify financial and other resources needed to achieve organizational goals/targets.
- Direct and/or conduct recruitment, hiring, and training of Clinical Service personnel to meet organizational goals
- Responsible for the design, development, and oversight of the HWP including the Patient Outreach Center
- In collaboration with the CMO, provides direct leadership, supervision and mentoring to all HWP providers
- Provides ongoing supervision and support of the Lead NP to oversee clinical oversight of NP’s, including chronic disease management, symptom management, health promotion, comprehensive health assessments to promote high quality care and superior clinical outcomes
- In collaboration with the VP of Quality & Performance, monitor HWP performance including metrics development/collection and tracking to successfully meet/exceed organizational goals
- Update and implement organizational policies and procedures for Clinical Services and HWP.
- Work collaboratively with executive leadership to achieve organizational goals/targets
- Facilitate resolution of applicable administrative challenges, problem-solve utilization-related concerns, promote open lines of communication with providers, their office staff, and other internal/external customers.
- Conduct and participate in frequent utilization-related meetings and actively work with staff to educate and increase awareness/understanding of managed care principles.
- Interact proactively with Medical Director(s) and other applicable providers to problem solve and resolve utilization-related issues or concerns.
- Serve as a liaison between external Clinical Service divisions and contracted providers.
- Provide recommendations to applicable providers to improve patient care, decrease the frequency of emergency department visits, hospital readmission, home health modalities, etc., while maintaining high quality continuity of care.
- Maintain awareness of advances in health care, government regulations, health insurance changes, and financing options.
- Manage changes in integrated health care delivery systems, such as work restructuring, technological innovations, and shifts in the focus of care.
- Prepare all reports and submit all reports timely to inform management of the status and implementation plans of programs, services, and quality initiatives.
- Develop instructional materials and conduct in-service programs.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field required.
- Minimum of 10 years management experience preferred.
- Current and valid State of Illinois RN license required.
- Experience with electronic medical records systems required.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Current TB test and maintain a negative test annually required.
- Hep B vax/titer proof (Company does offer/or may sign a declination) required.
- Current flu shot (or sign waiver/follow mask policy) required.
