ARLANXEO has a new career opportunity available for an HR Coordinatorat our Pittsburgh Corporate office. This position is not open to full remote work and operates on a hybrid schedule in Moon Township, PA.

As a HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing HR support to HR staff in the NORAM region as well as business leadership support on HR-related activities.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • HR Services contact for NORAM (includes monitoring shared mailboxes)
  • Answers basic employee queries relative to HR-related policies or issues
  • Participates in HR projects (e.g., organizing a job fair event, luncheons for EAP/Vanguard)
  • Interview scheduling / assistance with interviews / requisition creation
  • Onboarding/Offboarding
  • Creates positions / position management
  • Prepares HR documents such as offer letters, agreements, award letters, reports, presentations, etc.
  • Organizes and maintains personnel records / scans into EPF
  • Owns HR Invoice process and PO management
  • Assists in HR document management
  • Manages contractor process
  • Assists with Benefits Open Enrollment
  • Manages Scholarship Program and Service Award Program.

In order to accomplish this, you will possess:

  • Associate degree in human resources, related field or PHR, SHRM-CP preferred
  • Proven work experience in HR (HR degree, or minimum 1 year HR experience)
  • Experience with HR software preferred
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize key projects.
  • Strong verbal, email and in-person communication skills
