Job Posting for Custodial Worker (9:30am-6pm) at Arlington Central School District

Arlington's Maintenance Department is currently recruiting for a new Custodial Worker (9:30am-6pm).  Typical work includes simple cleaning tasks under general supervision of District Custodians.  Work may include, but is not limited to the following:

  • Dusting
  • Washing walls, windows, woodwork, bathrooms
  • Sweep, mop, wash floors
  • Strip and wax floors
  • Maintain building exterieors
  • Gather and dispose of refuse
  • Clean and polish furniture
  • Assist in minor repairs
  • Assist in snow removal
