As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with our clients to identify, develop, and implement enhancements and improvements to their D365 Finance and Supply Chain (FSC) system. You will work closely with accomplished Functional Consultants, Architects, and Managed Service Leads to offer our clients a comprehensive range of Reactive, Proactive, and Strategic support and guidance. Responsibilities: Adhere to Armanino methodologies and adopt code management best practices using Azure DevOps. Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and System Reviews to gain a thorough understanding of clients' current application states. Provide technical support for trouble tickets that require developer expertise. Offer accurate estimates for new development requests. Engage in design, development, unit testing, and deployment activities related to both break-fix and enhancement projects. Lead code-related efforts associated with Microsoft updates. Stay current with emerging technologies, including areas such as Data Entities and the Power Platform. Attend mandatory and optional professional development and training sessions. Assist clients who are still using older versions (AX 2012). Requirements: Possess a BA/BS degree from an accredited College/University in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP-related software development. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) development, including proficiency in X and SQL. Minimum 3 years of practical experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service and the ability to actively contribute to project execution. Display excellent written and oral communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet client deadlines. A general understanding of business acumen and processes. Ability to manage multiple projects and client requirements concurrently. Preferred skills: Experience in Dynamics CRM/CE development and integrations. Previous involvement with Life Sciences or Technology organizations. Strong knowledge of Functional processes, including Accounting, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
