Role:
Responsible for working alongside managers and staff members and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a Credit Union manager. The trainee will work to understand credit union operations and procedures by performing assigned projects and responsibilities throughout various credit union departments. These include, but are not limited to, teller functions, account servicing, compliance, collections, lending, branch operations, and administrative functions.

Experience Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
Education A bachelor's degree is required.
Interpersonal Skills Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
Other Skills Experience in all aspects of lending including real estate, commercial, and consumer. A business-related degree is preferred. Capable of operating spreadsheets and word processing programs. Must have good communication skills.
Physical Requirements The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying light items, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
Work Environment Regular exposure to favorable conditions such as those found in a normal office environment.
Salary : $24 - $34
