Position Overview:
Armorock is seeking a detail-oriented remote Account Manager who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic company. This role involves collaborating with the Sales Manager to build strong relationships with contractors, estimators, engineers, and municipalities. Your main goal is to identify potential project opportunities and drive profitable sales growth by understanding the needs of our clients and positioning Armorock's products and services as the ideal solutions.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with contractors, creating a strong industry network.
Opportunity Identification: Proactively research market trends and developments to identify and pursue potential project opportunities.
Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to pinpoint target customers and develop tailored engagement approaches.
Collaboration: Work closely with contractors during the bidding process, offering support and guidance to secure project contracts.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with contractors to ensure favorable outcomes and profitability with direction from Sales Manager
Closing Deals: Communicate the value of Armorock's products and services effectively, addressing any concerns or objections from contractors.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor projects actively, resolve issues, and maintain regular client communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and keep Armorock competitive.
Key Skills:
Relationship Development: Exceptional skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
Communication: Excellent presentation, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office 365 and Salesforce or like CRM.
