Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification- One year of work experience directly related to the duties described above with Banquets, Special Events, Administrative duties and Customer Service.
- Supervisory experience is required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid State driver's license.
Highly preferred Criteria
- Possess 6 (six) months banquet/catering program management and
- Possess 6 (six) months experience using Caterease, or similar catering software for creating banquet contracts and
- Possess1 (one) year experience using RecTrac, or similar software for payment processing, inventory, tracking cost of goods and menu/recipe development and pricing and
- Possess work experience in staffing and scheduling banquet and bar personnel and
- Pssess a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency (i.e., ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Program) (***Certification needs to be provided to be qualified as Highly Preferred candidate)
