What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Management Associate position at Arnobrasco Inc?
The Associate provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate's voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
- Greets and directs visitors to the company.
- Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Assists with other related, clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
- Processes certified letters by scanning and emailing to the appropriate account manager, then documenting the account and filing documentation.
- Enter customer requests (cart replacements, missed pick-ups, etc.) into Tower software.
- Processes completed requests as needed
- Maintains daily Customer Service call logs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma
- Ability to learn and manage a heavy call volume
- Communication proficiency
- Collaboration skills
- Must be customer/client focus
- Technical capacity
- Typing and Basic Computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37.00 - $39.00 per hour
