Project Sales Manager
Arobotic Equipment is a robotic technology system integrator for automated warehouses. We represent some of the world’s leading automated logistic equipment manufacturers. Arobotic’s innovative and forward-thinking in project management has propelled our equipment, technology and services to worldwide demand and deployment status. We are seeking talented individuals with a proven sales track record to join our professional project sales team. This Project Sales Manager Position will play a lead role in identifying and engage potential clients to introduce automated warehouse operational equipment. The position will also be working closely with our in-house sales team, outside sales representatives, Project Consultant Leads and Engineers in recruiting potential clients to upgrade and convert existing warehouse logistics systems into the newer platform of automated via robotic technologies. This role is to provide effective leadership skills for the sales team to help establishing and maintaining consistent sales performance. Duties include identify and analyze market demand trends, build new client leads, plan, and execute sales initiatives. Qualify candidates must possess excellent cold calling skills, onsite presentation, sales support, client relations and most importantly, sale-closure skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to generate and organize sales and marketing reports.
- Ability to organize and delivery effective sales plans for individual client.
- Ability to independently generate new sales leads and build new client relations.
- Ability to research, analyze and report market demand activities, client’s business activities and operational management procedures and protocols.
- Ability to compose and draft business proposals, administer, and execute contracts.
- Ability to read and understand contractual obligations and project details.
- Ability to understand project development and implementation protocols.
- Ability to read and understand technical and illustrative project documentations.
- Ability to sustain daily cold call schedule.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects in both remote and onsite.
- Prepare and update reports, memoranda, and correspondence as required.
- Coordinate and participating networking and tradeshow events.
- Establish, monitor, track and maintain project schedules for all team members and clients.
- Lead communication liaison to establish cooperative relationship with client to ensure excellent customer service satisfaction.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and other metrics.
- Additional tasks and responsibilities will be assigned depending on each client’s demand.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administrative, Information Technology or Supply Chains or Robotic Technology or equivalent subject of studies.
- Minimum 5-Year of sales experience in related fields and industries.
- Ability to work under pressure and adjust to unforeseen situations.
- Must possess excellent salesmanship and client service relation skills.
- Ability to travel both internationally and domestically in short notice.
- Must be a self-starter, motivated, takes initiative and has strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent level of attention to details and organization skills.

- High proficiency in business insight and analytical skills.
- Willing to learn with open minded ability to adapt to better, more efficient ways of achieving goals.
- Good level of understanding and knowledge in machinery, automation technology, computer networking in both software controls and hardware operating mechanics.
- Good level of understanding and knowledge in warehouse operations and logistics.
- Excellent social media business experience such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
