As a Graphic Artist will be responsible for designing and developing compelling packaging solutions, creating and updating packaging specifications and support the implementation of the design process. This role includes creating communication materials in digital and printed media while working in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this position, you will be a self-starter able to take a job from concept through final production, delivering brilliant creative ideas and show amazing attention to detail under tight deadlines while maintaining the product or company’s brand identity.
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and impactful retail packaging solutions that inspire consumer
- Ability to create package dielines, digital and print mockups and 3D renderings
- Will create product landing pages, materials for online and offline marketing (including emails, display banners, social media, print), video assets, illustrations, and photography for content marketing
- Create compelling visual experiences
- Ensure continued innovation, while in adherence to brand guidelines.
- Effectively communicate product statements and features through package
- design and copy to develop elements of packaging
- Develop and maintain packaging technical specifications to ensure compliance with changes, while producing factory ready, final print files for production
- Collaborate with outside vendors and agencies
- Ability to work in short-timelines and meet deadlines efficiently
- Serve as technical expert for all aspects of packaging design development
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience with a background in packaging design with a strong understanding of brand/graphic design
- Bachelors in Graphic Design or related field
- Expert understanding of all aspects of packaging components, including packaging structure, dieline creation, preparing files for printer/vendor
- Expert use of Adobe Creative Cloud; including In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Dreamweaver and Webflow proficient
- Experience with 3D programs is a plus
- Strong portfolio of design work showcasing ability to conceptualize, design and execute current packaging
- Flexibility to shift priorities in a fast paced and highly demanding environment
- Familiarity with licensing brands and following brand guidelines a plus
- Strong design, verbal, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Embraces change, challenges and makes recommendations for improvements to products and processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment

Compensation:
- $55,000-$65,000 Based on experience
- M-F 9am-6pm in Wynwood, Miami
