Job Title: Spa Co-ordinator, Americas

Location: USA (TX - preferred, CA, NJ, FL, MD, AZ, NY)

Contract: Temporary contract (w/c 27th June – mid-Sept)

Hours of Work: 9am-5pm (depending on timezone), Thursday and Friday only

Department: Americas Spa

Reporting to: VP Americas

Salary: $18-20 per hour

Aromatherapy Associates has been sharing the therapeutic powers of essential oils for over 35 years. The Brand was founded in 1985 by Geraldine Howard & Sue Beechey, therapists that had trained under the renowned aromatherapist Micheline Arcier, who can be traced back to the modern-day founders of aromatherapy. Overview of the role

This temporary role will support the Spa team on a short-term basis to drive Spa sales within the West, Central and North East regions. The role is remote-based, and will be expected to spend the majority of time on the phone and then following up over email with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Achieving the KPIs and sales targets as set out by the business by…

· Actively calling key existing Spa accounts to generate monthly orders, sell-in promotions, check stock levels and provide training resources

· Addressing concerns or questions raised

· Following up on agreed actions over email & organise the following month’s call

· Reporting results back to the internal business in a timely fashion

Person Specification

Essential Key Competencies

· Performance-driven; self-motivated to deliver KPIs and sales targets

· Ability to work autonomously, with a good level of self-motivation and determination

· Very well organised, able to plan time around calls / follow ups & ensure checklist is delivered

· An understanding of sales techniques: able to confidently sell-in promotions

· A relationship builder, able to quickly establish a good rapport on the phone

Desirable

· A background in Spa or aesthetics and/or broader Beauty business is desirable
