Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, and dashboards
- Refine and adjust KPIs, metrics, and dashboards as necessary
- Partner with leaders in the organization to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Facilitate reviews and improvement planning with departments for performance gaps
- Complete complex analyses to help drive the management team’s decision-making process and execution of its strategies and goals
- Leverage tools and systems to automate and simplify reporting processes
Qualifications
Requirements
- Ability to synthesize large data sets and identify trends and key information
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
- Preference given to experience with Advanced Excel
- Experience with data management, visualization, or other data system
- Examples include: SAAS, Tableau, PowerBI, PowerPivot, etc.
- Experience with ERP systems and inter-relational databases
- Particularly Deltek Vision
- Detailed oriented, particularly as it pertains to reviewing, preparing, and presenting data
- Good communicator and able to lead conversations at all levels of the organization
- Adept at visualization and presentation abilities to support communication, findings, and plans
- Organized in work product, thoughts, and conversation
