Our Member Care Center Representatives (MCCRs,) will be enthusiastic, member-focused, passionate, caring, and headset savvy. They will be more to the credit union than the voice of our call center - they will be the heart and soul of our member service experience, the essence of what makes us unique. If you're ready to use your professional demeanor, courteous approach, and excellent communication skills to deliver a superior experience for every member you engage with, we invite you to thrive within our care center environment.
Our MCCRs are the jack of all trades. This role encompasses the responsibilities of a teller, the knowledge of a member service specialist, the guidance of a consumer loan counselor, and the assertiveness of a salesperson; all while delivering member solutions, embodying our core values, adhering to industry regulations, wearing a smile, and providing stellar member service.
This isn't an entry level position, and neither are our expectations!
What you bring to the table
In addition to your high school sheepskin (diploma or equivalent,) we need a "YES," to some or all of the following:
Have you worn a headset before? Can I tell that you're smiling over the phone? Have you navigated through multiple computer matrices, simultaneously?
Yes, yes, and yes? Wonderful! If you've done it for 1 - 2 years, that's a plus! In a financial institution - even better!

Experience
Required
• 1 - 2 years: Customer Service
Preferred
• Call Center Experience a plus
