Experience: Previous call center experience preferred
Education: HS diploma or GED equivalent
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00PM-10:30PM
Pay: $17/hr
Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking AMC Operators to join our growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Respond to alarms and accurately document each step for historical records
- Dispatch police, file or guard service as necessary
- Notify customers of alarm problems
- Answer incoming customer and technician calls and assist as applicable
- Monitor and protect integrity requirements for a secured facility
- Assists with projects
Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic data entry and retrieval skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions and resolutions
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Type 35 words per minute
