Position: Outside Sales Representative

Location: Bradenton, FL

Pay: $58,000 to $68,000/year (depending on experience) plus quarterly uncapped commissions!

Experience: Must have door-to-door experience; previous staffing experience is preferred

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift

HH Staffing is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Engage in extensive selling of the company's products and services.
• Strategically prioritize activities to achieve set goals.
• Conduct discovery meetings to identify pain points aligned with products and services.
• Present and propose products and services as solutions to identified problems.
• Maintain accurate records and notes in a CRM or similar database.
• Negotiate contracts to maximize both immediate and long-term value.
• Forecast closed deals in sales, recruiting, etc.
• Educate users, clients, and prospects about products and services, providing relevant and accurate information.
