Job description

Lead on Marketing Generated New Business Enterprise opportunities for the Americas Sales Team, within an element of Account Management also. You would be part of a successful, confident, high integrity team with the autonomy given to Enterprise-Class sales professionals who work hard and smart, and drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and lead on New Business Enterprise sales opportunities within the Americas, with support from the Director of Sales where applicable.
  • Follow a proven and successful Sales/Account Management process throughout.
  • Manage one’s sales pipeline effectively via Salesforce and other applicable systems; reporting and updating to the Director of Sales with progress daily/weekly etc.
  • Communicate and engage well with all departments within the company, especially those that dovetail with sales (presales, consulting, infrastructure).
  • Conclude successfully New Business Enterprise opportunities which contribute towards one’s individual target and the overall team target.
  • Work closely with the ADM team and Pre-Sales team to plan and execute quality sales playbacks to prospects & clients.
  • Account Management is also required within this role, whilst at times also working with our Customer Success Team internally.
  • You will be expected to Account Manage and also work on Enterprise-level clients/businesses; and with Senior/C level operators.

Qualifications

  • Working within a Software business and within a competitive and productive sales team environment.
  • Understanding & managing of sales cycles and a proven, effective sales process.
  • High business acumen and the ability to solve complex business problems with technology. Know the ROI

Desirable

  • Understanding of the PPM software market in particular.
  • Understanding of how PMO’s, Transformation & IT Teams function and run projects/programs etc.

  • A strong presenter, with competency around MS Office technologies.

Essential

  • Working on, leading and winning complex Enterprise sales cycles.
  • Liaising with people at all levels, but manly senior and up to ‘C’ level.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and earning strong commission earnings.
  • Comfortable and proven working with businesses in multiple sectors, for example Healthcare, Fin Services, Retail, IT, Manufacturing & FMCG.
