Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education).
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.
- Strong assessment skills to develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
