Territory Sales ManagerNational Big Box Home Improvement Retail Locations

These high-volume, popular brand locations offer the perfect setting to develop relationships with store personnel, drive excitement around the ARS service proposition and to coach the proper engagement with customers seeking precisely what ARS has to offer - top-quality HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement programs. Salary Range: $40-50k/annually, bonus potential, company vehicle
Responsibilities
• Act as primary contact and ARS liaison for a defined territory of Big Box retail locations• Foster strong relationships with key account personnel – store managers, pro sales, field leadership, aisle associates• Conduct in-store events and product knowledge trainings to ensure store associates are confident engaging customers and driving high quality install & service leads to ARS• Work closely with your Regional Sales Manager to execute store contests and celebrations to promote a fun, competitive and goal-driven relationship amongst stores leadership and store associates• Accountability for monitoring, meeting and exceeding store goals and company KPIs• Attend and participate in weekly and monthly Strategic Alliances calls
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in related field• Ability to learn and communicate American Residential Services’ value proposition, product and service offerings• A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude.• Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals with little supervision• Some sales experience is a plus• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Valid driver’s license• Willingness/ability to work evenings & weekends as required
