ARS Treatment Centers specialize in outpatient treatment of those addicted to opiates. Our clinic is one of ten locations in the mid-Atlantic region that provides specialized outpatient services through medication-assisted treatment.
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who is ready to guide our team to help people recover from substance disorder.

Position Description:
If you are an energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic Program Manager who enjoys leading and guiding a team, this might be the role for you! The position will be ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, ability to adapt to changing environments, and great at identifying and solving problems . This role also offers the opportunity to utilize your leadership skills to accomplish goals, all while affecting the community in a positive way.
Position Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM; Tuesday, Thursday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Essential Functions:
Your focus would be on the following responsibility for federal, state and local compliance with those regulations. You would also be overseeing the clinic to include patient care, safety, clinical, medical, risk management, financial, marketing and other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in psychology, counseling or human services (Master's Degree preferred)

Minimum of three years supervisory experience.

Experience in medication assisted treatment a plus!

Experience in managing a budget
