Job Title : Technical Writer

Duration : 4 months Contract

Job Description :

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation that meets organizational standards and effectively communicates complex technical concepts to various audiences.

You will work closely with process engineers and other stakeholders to document new procedures, develop use cases, and produce content that enhances user understanding and success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, process flows, presentations, and technical writings, that meets organizational standards.
• Plan, research, and draft user documentation to make using complex products effortless for end-users and administrators.
• Produce high-quality documentation appropriate for its intended audience, setting our users up for success.
• Enhance and adhere to accepted technical writing methodologies, procedures, and quality objectives.
• Collaborate with process engineers to document new procedures as they are designed and implemented.
• Participate in the development of use cases / test cases and contribute to System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Continuously improve documentation processes and content quality.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, process flows, building presentations, and technical writings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with process engineers or similar roles to document new procedures.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Aptitude for quickly understanding complex technical concepts and translating them into clear documentation.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Experience in developing use cases / test cases and participating in SIT / UAT testing.
