Job Description
Artis Technologies, Inc. is seeking Inside Sales Manager to build, develop, and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives. As our Inside Sales Manager, you will be tasked with building a team of 10-12 Inside Sales Representatives who prospect and close merchant partners in the Home Improvement and Healthcare verticals.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage a team of 10-12 Inside Sales Representatives.
- Lead the team to prospect leads (via email and phone), schedule meetings, and onboard new merchant partners.
- Work with other sales teams and internal teams to meet the needs of the business.
- Achieve agreed upon goals and drive new business growth.
- Develop and present comprehensive reporting to senior management.
Preferred skills and interests
- Self-motivated, driven to succeed, and with a proven track record of success (top performer in your current role)
- Ability to coach sales reps to achieve goals
- Knowledge of Payments, Lending, and/or SMB sales preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, proven attention to detail
- Technical aptitude and comfort with Sales CRMs (Hubspot preferred but not required)
- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
