Company Description

Artisan is a mission to create advanced human-like AI Employees, called Artisans, and develop the operating system for SaaS, redefining the meaning of software. The company focuses on sales automation through its Artisan Sales platform which contains every tool needed for outbound sales, and its first Artisan, Ava, the Sales Rep Artisan. Ava automates the entire outbound sales process, including prospecting, lead research, email sequences, and meeting bookings.



Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant at Artisan. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the founders, Jaspar and Sam. The role will not be a standard 9-5.


Responsibilities

  • Managing the founders' emails & calendars, effectively prioritizing and de-prioritizing meetings and tasks.
  • Supporting with recruiting, sourcing candidates and managing the hiring process.
  • A variety of ad hoc tasks like creating proposals, sending order forms,
  • Organizing the Company's task and file management software, keeping everything up-to-date.
  • Enter and manage tasks in Asana on behalf of the CEO.
  • Conduct research, gather and analyze data, prepare reports or presentations, and provide recommendations or alternative solutions to help inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • HR support, including employee onboarding and off-boarding.
  • Making travel arrangements for founders and employees.
  • Handling payroll.
  • Track and follow up with connections made by the founders to cultivate relationships.
  • Managing the office, replenishing office supplies, drinks and snacks as needed.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and distill down the key takeaways, action items, and follow-ups for the founders.
  • Find ways to surprise and delight employees by ordering gifts, cards, flowers, etc., to show appreciation.
  • Organize and manage internal and external events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling professional and personal sensitive information, documents, and discussions within and outside the Company.


Qualifications

  • 3 years' experience in executive administrative assistance.
  • Impeccable written and spoken English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
