Potential opportunity to move to Charlotte Restaurant, Peppervine, in Off Season
Manager- Duties include wine/beverage responsibilities and floor management.
Candidate needs to have knowledge of all wine regions of the world. They should have knowledge of proper inventory and service.
The candidate should be an educator and great mentor to staff. Best candidate should be a hands on manager on the floor at night. They should be skilled at unpretentiously assisting guests.
Experience working in high profile restaurants is a plus.
