Artisent Floors is a fast growing, full service flooring company providing next day flooring service to the Multi-family industry, serving apartment communities in 13 cities from our corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN.
We are looking for Human Resources Assistant to undertake a variety of HR duties.
Responsibilities
- Process biweekly payroll
- Administer benefits plans
- Coordinate new hire onboarding including setting up new devices and access to systems, travel planning for new hire training, managing new hire training calendar, and creating an HR orientation model
- Be primary point of contact for employee questions
- Complete audit and reporting requirements including OSHA 300's, EEO-1, ACA and 401k audits
- Respond to unemployment claims and employment verifications
- Post jobs, review candidates, complete initial phone screens, submit candidates to managers, follow up with rejected candidates, draft offer letters
Skills
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Strong MS Office knowledge (V-lookups and Pivot Tables Mandatory)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skills
