Artist is seeking a driven professional to serve as a Sales Operations Analyst.
The appropriate candidate:
• Has a demonstrable ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment and to work independently as well as part of the team to ensure that the needs of the Partners are always met
• Has a clear passion for investing, deep knowledge of capital markets, and ability to discuss alternative investment funds (private or public), co-investments and direct investments across sectors
• Will regularly interface with firm clients, investors, and their staff to arrange calls and meetings on behalf of the Artist team
• Will be expected to handle a wide array of day-to-day responsibilities including managing the sales pipeline for the sales team in the Charlotte and New York offices
• Will work with the firm’s Project Manager/Vice President of Sales Operations to provide Sales Tracking and Reporting
• Vetting Prospective Investors
• Will be required to manage various projects with constantly shifting priorities while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
• Will assist in managing general office needs such as event planning and conferences
• Is required to help manage and oversee logistics of client road shows
• Will make international & domestic travel arrangements and organize itineraries for the Partner(s) and other Registered Representatives when necessary
• Will work with the Charlotte team around office administration needs including aiding the Partner in various office billing, filing, and purchasing needs
Preferred Qualifications:
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
• Prior experience working at an institutional investment bank in banking or sales and trading preferred
• Superior analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills

• Background in supporting senior management or a sales team preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce or similar CRM system
• Technical acumen as well as ability to creatively approach unfamiliar situations and problems
• Series 7 & 63 licenses preferred. The right candidate will have the opportunity to get registered with Artist Capital if they do not currently hold those licenses

Detailed Responsibilities:
The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Pipeline Management:
o Assist the sales team in creating and maintaining a pipeline in support of all products represented by Artist Capital
o Maintain up-to-date and detailed notes in Salesforce CRM
o Assist the Vice President of Sales Operations with new CRM automations and new technology testing to increase sales efficiency
• LP Sourcing and Development:
o Identify and prospect new leads
o Utilize investor databases to bolster sourcing pipeline
o Assist the sales team in building and maintaining a broad network of colleagues in the industry across geographies and investment types
• Ongoing Maintenance:
o Assist Vice President of Sales Operations around various ad-hoc and long-term business development plans
o Prepare and update review of current pipeline by coverage area and investment focus
o Continually review and reassess relationships in order to maintain optimal coverage as the market evolves over time
o Represent Artist Capital at relevant Events and Conferences
• Administrative Needs:
o Office filing and billing
o Purchasing and tracking of office goods
o Assist sales team with travel plans / agendas
o Assist with onboarding of new employees and clients
o Organization around Charlotte based events, conferences and meetings
