Job Title: Clerk
Duties:
- Perform double entry bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Manage payroll-related tasks such as deductions, benefits, and timekeeping
- Handle accounts payable by processing invoices and issuing payments
- Maintain general ledger accounting by recording transactions and reconciling accounts
- Provide support in financial services, including credit analysis and budgeting
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for data entry and accuracy
Skills:
- Proficient in double entry bookkeeping principles and practices
- Strong knowledge of payroll management and tax regulations
- Experience in accounts payable and general ledger accounting
- Familiarity with financial services, credit analysis, and budgeting processes
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial records
